1 · Setup
Divisions, fields and game lengths. All times below are read in the event's own timezone — not your browser's — and echoed back so a wrong hour is obvious.
Saving a changed setup clears the generated schedule (you regenerate it in one click). If scores have already been entered, you'll be asked before anything is wiped.
Divisions
The age groups. A division's entry fee changes what teams pay at registration, so edit fees deliberately.
Fields
Where games can happen. Each field needs at least one open window; leave “divisions allowed” unchecked to allow all.
Officials & referee crew
Your referee roster, saved separately from the schedule setup. Contact details stay private to staff — never on the public schedule. Assign officials from the game cards below; conflicts (double-booked, no rest, outside availability) are flagged automatically and re-checked whenever the rain tools move games. Included in your standard platform fee.
2 · Generate the schedule
Builds pools from your registered teams (snake-seeded by entry order), every round-robin game, and any bracket games — then places all of it on your fields. If it can't fit, it tells you exactly what doesn't — it never saves a broken schedule.

4 · Rain tools
Played games never move — history is history. Both tools tell you what they skipped and ask before saving anything that creates a conflict.
Slide everything later
Every unplayed game starting at/after the moment you pick slides by the minutes you enter. Good for a short delay.
Rain cascade
Play stopped, fields reopen later: games already played or started keep their exact slots; everything else is rebuilt from the reopening time around them. If the rest of the weekend can't fit, it says so with numbers — nothing is saved.
